In WordPress you have a simple plugin to enable disqus commenting system where as in blogger you need to follow couple of step to add disqus to blogger blog. Add Disqus to Blogger Blog
#1. First Register at http://disqus.com/admin/register/
#2. In the page opened fill the form and click continue.
#3. A page will open asking to configure as shown in the below figure.

#4. Select language of your blog, if you want to have like button for each comment select Enable Like Buttons, Select Mentions if you just want to have mention links just like in Facebook ( just acts as @ in Facebook and + in Google+ ).
#5. Click Continue
#6. In the next page opened click on blogger
#7. A page will open explaining the instructions, read the instructions and add to blogger using the link in point 3.

#8. It will automatically redirects to blogger, provide your login details ( if not logged already)
#9. Once everything is fine you should able to see the disqus commenting system as show in the blogger blog

If you blog have huge traffic and if you want to engage your audience then disqus is one such nice commenting system. comment below you struck some where while adding disqus to blogger blog.
If you are not interested to add third party plugin to blogger you can enable threaded comments in blogger which is also better option but not as good as DISQUS
