Facebook is the next site where people generally go after Google.com, same follows hackers and spammers. #1. Login to your Facebook account.
#2. Click on Home ( Right Side Top corner ) -> Account Settings
#3. In the page opened, go to Security as shown in the below pic.

#4. Click on the Edit Link in the active sessions , where you can see the people who accessed your Facebook account as shown in the below picture.

It provides all information about from where your account was accessed, time, date, and device type. You can easily check who accessed your account and even you can put a mobile or email alert when some one tried to login into your Facebook account.
