- Login into your Google+ Account
- In Right side top Corner, Click on your Name
- Go to Account Settings
- Click Data Liberation on left side

It will provide data in the form of HTML files,
if it is contacts, data will be in the format of .vcf which you can add to your Windows Address Book
This does not download the videos that you have uploaded. Which is surely a big fail.
